About Me

Greetings!! My name is Chef Kaylee Riddle. I am a 25 year old Sullivan University Graduate who has aspired to be a Racheal Ray for more then two decades. I've had a love for cooking even before I could reach the stove. From making my soup "concoction" to my amazing Green Bean Casserole for Thanksgiving; I never seemed to fail to impress. Maybe it wasn't always in the taste... for example the soup. But maybe I succeeded more for the heart and intention I put into it. Not a single dish I ever put out was made without Love. I gave every meal my all even if I had no idea what I was doing. Putting everything under the sun into one pot just to get that giant smile on someone's face was something that lit a fire in me; a passion. Against all the business owners' advice I have ever received... I'm doing it. I'm starting my own business. After the countless times I've heard "save yourself the headache", "I recommend studying something else.", "Culinary is a really hard field to accel at." Blah blah. Well ladies and gentleman, I'M HERE!!

I will say one thing though- they're not wrong. This journey has not been easy.

From the dish sink at Café 1320 in Canton, OH, to the waitress apron at Bob Evans. From the books of Culinary Science, to the chef jacket at Jeff Ruby's Steak House in Louisville, Kentucky. From the four walls I grew up in to the four walls of a lonely one bedroom apartment. From the countless trips and falls in life I have overcome, to the portfolio I can sit before you today and say is all mine. I did it. I graduated. I have an EIN number. I have a website. I have a Facebook page that's booming. I am about to receive the biggest gift from God yet- A FOOD TRUCK. Stay tuned for where my truck takes me, I hope that you all will help support my small business while it gets afloat. If not a like or share, then I at least ask for a good blessing. Thank you all for being here and reading this far. This means the world to that little girl who made the soup...

Her dream is finally coming true. <3
